Cub-O-Rama
A day of Adventure!
Camp Herms, El Cerrito, California June 28th 2025
Hello and welcome to Cub O Rama. This is our website, here you will find all the things
you need to know about this event
This is a one day that is totally free. The idea behind it is to offer the experience of scouting for a very affordable price.
How ever things such as meals and snacks are not included so please be sure to bring some as well as these essential.
Now lets go through a list of what you should expect through out the day.
We will start our event how any good scout event should with a Ceremony. Watch as our troop volunteers preform a flag ceremony.
With full calling and color guard.
Activites 10:00am
We will have a range of activities challenging your scouts mind and body, such as.
There will also be Archery ranges with a Range master
Lunch Break 12:30pm- 1:30pm
Please note that we will not be providing lunch and Parents should bring ones pre packed. There will be designated eating areas. Please remember to leave no trace .
1:30 Activities Resume
There will also be Archery ranges with a Range master
3:30-4:15 Camp wide clean
After a day of fun we would like to remind everyone that a scout is clean. So please stay and help us do a campwide clean of the areas that we used.
4:30 Have a nice day
we have enjoyed your company but we should let your return to your house so some much needed rest.
Additional Information:
We invite all Packs and Troops to participate. Along with the opportunities for Cubscouts. Scouts at the troop level will also be able to take the Archery Merit badge as well as finish partials.
We are always looking for adult and troop level volunteers. If being part of the Spring Cub O Rama and getting some service hours interests you, please see my information down below and contact me.

- Tent/Camp mockup
- Knot Tying
- Toss A Bucket
- Skit/Song Station
